Cancellation & Refund Policy – Services
Effective Date: October 2025

At Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd, we value your time and commitment, and we ask the same courtesy in return. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of services.

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by using their MindBody account or by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone at the specific branch where the service is booked.

  • We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • If less than 12 hours’ notice is provided:

    • Package holders and ClassPass customers will have one session credit deducted, unless otherwise decided at the discretion of Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd.

    • Pay-per-session customers (non-package holders) will not be charged, as payment is made after the session. However, Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd reserves the right to introduce cancellation fees in the future.

Refunds & Credits

  • No refunds are issued for package purchases and cancelled, missed, or partially completed sessions.

  • In certain cases, we may provide a session credit for a future booking at our discretion.

  • Package holders are not entitled to refunds for unused sessions but may:

    • Use their credits within the stated validity period, or

    • Transfer their credits to another customer’s account.

Changes to Reservations

  • Booking changes are subject to availability.

  • Requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to apply charges or deduct credits for changes made with insufficient notice.

Policy Updates

Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect business needs or legal requirements. Updated policies will be posted on our website and/or communicated directly to customers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Products

At Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Please review our product cancellation, return, and refund terms below.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order.

  • The remaining 50% balance is payable upon delivery and/or installation.

  • Once the balance is paid, it constitutes the customer’s acceptance of the product and its condition at that stage.

  • After acceptance, Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible for any issues, unless decided at our sole discretion.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment/production may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, subject to review and at the discretion of Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd.

  • Once production or delivery is underway, cancellations may not be accepted, and deposits may be forfeited.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final once installation has been completed.

  • Refunds are not provided. At our discretion, we may offer:

    • A product replacement, or

    • A credit note to be used for future purchases.

  • Returns or replacements will only be considered in cases where Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd is responsible for:

    • Failed delivery,

    • Wrong delivery, or

    • Damage during delivery.

Repair & Exchange Visits

  • If we are required to return for a repair, adjustment, or exchange, not due to fault of Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd this service may be subject to an additional fee, communicated prior to scheduling.

Warranty

  • Standard warranty terms apply as provided at the time of purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover customer misuse, modifications, or damage occurring after product acceptance.

Relation to Shipping & Installation Policy

  • Deliveries and installations are subject to our Shipping & Installation Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for preparing their site, ensuring safe access, and disposing of packaging.

  • Missed deliveries, access issues, or site preparation failures do not qualify for refunds and may incur rescheduling fees.

Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be published on our official channels.
