Shipping & Installation Policy

At Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd, we aim to ensure smooth delivery and installation of your products. Please read the following carefully, as they outline your responsibilities as a customer and our delivery terms.
Shipping Address

Orders will only be shipped to the billing or shipping address provided at checkout.

Please ensure the address and a reachable contact number are accurate when placing your order.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and only ship to valid, physical addresses.

If goods are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply and will be disclosed prior to a second delivery attempt.
Delivery Schedule

Standard product deliveries are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.

Deliveries outside these days may be arranged at our discretion.

Delivery times are subject to product availability, location, and installation requirements.
Access to Premises & Installation

Customers must ensure safe and adequate access to the premises for delivery and installation.

Our team requires access to the installation site, and customers must ensure the space is prepared prior to delivery.
Site Preparation Requirements
To avoid delays, additional charges, or rescheduling, customers are required to:

Provide accurate dimensions of the intended installation space.

Confirm availability of water supply and drainage (for plunge installations).

Ensure adequate electrical ports are available for plugging in machinery (chillers and saunas).

Inform us in advance of any low clearances, narrow hallways, staircases, or other tight spaces that may complicate delivery.
If the site is not prepared as required upon delivery, Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule the delivery and charge a rescheduling or handling fee.
Non-Ground Floor Deliveries

If the delivery site is not on the ground floor and there is no lift (or the lift is not large enough to fit our products), Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge an additional handling fee for manual lifting or alternative arrangements.
Missed Delivery Attempts

If our team is unable to access the premises, cannot safely deliver the product, or is unable to reach the customer via the provided contact number, the delivery will be considered a missed attempt.

In such cases, the delivery will be rescheduled, and re-delivery charges will apply.
Packaging Disposal

Our delivery and installation service does not include the removal or disposal of packaging materials, boxes, or crates. Customers are responsible for arranging their own disposal.
Communication

At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers. Instead, our team will communicate directly with customers to coordinate delivery and installation.
Policy Updates
Rise & Plunge Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this shipping and installation policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on our official channels.
